"Lovely hotel, very close to M5, superb front of house staff, very pet-friendly, nice bar and outside seating area. Very clean, comfy bed, big pillows, good shower. The only thing that brings down our score was the unexpected visitors who came into our room at 8:45am, despite us not having checked out. That process needs looking into."

"A basic but comfortable Hostel in the centre of Bath. Top floor Showers do not have hot water however pro tip is the 1st floor showers are electric so you can get your hot shower there. The 3 bed bunks are very uncomfortable - however it was good enough for 1 night stay in Bath. "

"Really happy with our stay in the Ground Floor Flat. Layout gives space and privacy for an extended family, especially when connected to adjoining room. Very happy with the price paid on a 'cost per person' basis. Everything seemed newly refurbished and, while fittings were not luxury, everything was clean and comfortable. "Could be a 3 star with a little more attention. Toilet roll sheets only suit nursery children - far too small. Bar manager could not tell which wines were "aged", simply reading the label does not necessarily guarantee ensure that the absence of such information means that it is not "aged"- staff should have knowledge of the goods on sale."

"We stayed in a private room. It was very clean, and I really liked the amenities they provided and the decoration. Although there is no ensuite bathroom, the shared bathroom is very clean. For the price we paid, this is probably the best we can find in Bath without doubt. Will try this Hostel at other locations in the future "

"We enjoyed our stay the area was nice and quite. The room was clean and well maintained. The room could use a couple comfortable chairs. Not sure if WIFI was available, however, mobile internet had a good signal. The offstreet parking was ample. We would stay there again if in the area."

"Overall our Family Room stay was okay however had to shut the windows at night due to traffic noise and the odd drunk vomiting across the street Our ajoining rooms were very clean and practical our double was a bit small I personally feel that this hotel due to its location could and would benefit from being licenced and serving food The sea view and sunset would attract Some of the surrounding pubs were a bit intimidating with stag parties etc We enjoyed our stay we would stay there again "

"this is if you want cheap and cheerful then its perfect the rooms are very basic and a little outdated. the shower was more of a dribble than a shower. the rooms were clean and the staff very helpful when i had a issue on arrival "

"Very far away from town centre, no shops around, supermarkets a bit far away. No shower, and not even plug on the bath, just an old towel. Expensive, 50 per day, for that price you can book at Travellodge with toilet inside the room and in conditions, plus maybe breakfast included. The only good thing was ability to cook"

"Perfect accommodation for our needs. Two refurbed doubles were big and good with en suite. The twin room was small and bathroom not en suite, should be priced a lot cheaper. No facilities for breakfast in the morning although lidl a 4 min drive"
