"Fantastic experience from the first point of contact to the end. In the morning of the booking I had a text from the owner explaining the parking, key code to the gate etc which was very helpful. Overall the room was clean and tidy and comfortable which was well needed after a long day travel and course. If I am working away in the area this would be the place I would book again easily. "Unusually i didnt check this place out but was within the area i wanted to stay and priced sensibly, now i know why! From the outside it looks like an old style chinese restaruant and after checking in, i dicovered the rooms were accessed through patio doors in the restuarant area a bit like an added on annexe. The room was warm after putting on the heater, the window overlooks the car park so no privacy unless you shut the curtains, no toilet paper in the bathroom had to go back, nothing to...

"The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "
