"This motel is GROSS! The mirrors were filthy ,poop on toilet, no washcloths or hand towels 1 bath towel. Beds out dated. Rotting walls. Reviews all the same management apologies but didn’t fix the problem. Towel rack wasn’t even attached to wall. "

"I have stayed at the tru several times now and let me say one of the most pleasant stays! The staff is always above and beyond. Not to mention a breakfast to die for. I am sad that the free self parking for silver members is no longer available however it is an amazing stay and we will be going back. "

"The hotel stay itself was really nice. The gentleman that checked us in was very fast and efficient and very nice, especially since we arrived at the hotel so late. The reason for the staff and service rating was due to the shuttle driver that brought us from the airport to the hotel. I have no respect for a person that will argue and just be plain rude to an elderly lady. The poor lady was asking why they had to wait for the shuttle for over an hour to pick them up and the driver was so rude...

When I went to the room, it was way too far for me to wheel myself down the hall. The gentleman said he has a handicapped room available.
