If they were locked in yo stay safe what does that say for my safety. The room door had gaps around it as you could see the outside through the gaps "

"My grandson and myself had to wait about 10 minutes for the room. When we got in the room the floor had not been cleaned."

"I got there extremely early and they were gracious enough to have me check in before the time which I was grateful for because I had an eventful night ahead of me and I definitely needed as much sleep as I could get. The staff is kind and deals with everyone according to their needs. "
