"It was an unpleasant experience. The host didn't reply to a text message enquiry before I travelled. Once arriving in the property the only way we could contact the host was through text message. We booked the accommodation for two people but the beddings for the sofa bed were not clean. The room was not clean. The kitchen sink hot water tap did not work. "1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....
