"For years we have stayed at this Quality Inn in Washington, GA. It had been a while since our last stay, and quite frankly, we were totally shocked. This Inn used to be clean, kept up to date with carpets, accommodations, amenities. However, our last stay was such a disappointment. "The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unlivable\. There were stains on the bed and walls, the bathtub was filthy, and the floors were buckled from what appeared to be water damage\. It was a horrible experience. We did not stay at the property because of the conditions\. We immediately requested a refund, but have not received a response yet\. We had to find another place to stay at our own expense. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"The towels were stained, when I went to grab the shower bar just came out of the wall."

"Just love old hotels. This one was clean and comfortable and nice."
