"I did not stay at the property, I arrived too late to check in. My only real complaint is that it was not that clear in the booking that check in had to be before a certain time...either before or after the booking. Please make the check-in time more clear in your listing, thank you"

"ugly place and the service people bad"

"Very close to kings cross station which makes it easy to get around. The staff were very kind and helpful"

"Frühstück ist sehr einseitig und langweilig. Nicht mal normales Brot gab es. Frühstück sollte nicht mit gebucht werden. Handtücher haben sehr schlecht gerochen."

"We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!"
