"The spa pool was incredible 😊"

"Booked a 2 bedroom unit and found it to be very poorly maintained. (The lounge outside in the rain was in better condition than the one in our unit.) The water damage was clear and could have been wiped off. Car parks weren’t allocated, instead these were taken up by workers and skip bins for reno’s going on through the day. Booked for 4 nights, cancelled last 3 nights after being there for 15 minutes. Photos are very deceiving but good to see they’re trying to upgrade the other apartments....

"My son and I booked accomodation. We got there and it was a bed and a couch. My son in 6'4" and left the double bed to me and slept on the short couch. We were looking forward to using the pool in the room. Holy hell, the bottom of the pool was covered in what looked like dead skin and only the saints know what the heck that stuff floating on the top was. We paid good money for that accomodation and were bitterly disappointed. Staff were helpful. Parking outside our room was taken up by...

"Clean, smelt nice, tidy. It is a basic room but was exactly what we wanted and I’d be happy to come back and stay again in future."

"Shower was overflowing told staff must have clogged pipes was told ok nothing was done told them walking through water didn’t bother them that 20mm of water had been sitting in there whole 2 days on leaving told them water still all around toilet they just said be sorted today told him a bit late I’m leaving also told them no hot water in kitchen sink tried to see if it’s due to gas so turned on off several times and still nothing very frustrating and a waste of my money for two nights"

"The place was spotless, the location ideal."

"The room was dated but very clean and quiet"

"Room was okay, even though from the outside it looks like you expect the chalk outlines of bodies. The water pressure is non existent. Worst of all there was an electrical relay switch that I could hear all night go off every couple of minutes. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere better, I wish i had."

"Good"

"Do not waste time in booking this motel. The place is run down, dirty, mouldy and smelly. We booked and paid for a 2brm unit. The moment we opened the door the smell just got us. They had sprayed so much spray to try and mask the smell of the room, it was dreadful. The first night I could not sleep, my chest felt wheezy. The sofa which turns into a bed was broken and the fake leather was all split. When folded out there was old food and rubbish. The cleaners definitely do not clean. The...

"First of all, the hostess was lovely! Super friendly and helpful, very welcoming! Beds were super comfy as were the pillows! I always bring my own pillow when I stay anywhere but I didn’t have to use it this time. Great location, was able to walk to get food and go shopping. Parking was a bit of a hassle as the dedicated parking lot fills up when town is busy so people staying have trouble finding a park in the evenings. Unfortunately there was a fire in one of the other rooms during our stay,...

"Great first time experience staying in a hostel only problem is if you are staying out of town for a sports event be prepared for a team to possibly be staying at the same accom and it is by chance things can be a little noisey and kitchen and lounge may be a bit crowded"

"We stayed here last year and booked again well ahead of time and were given a room on the noisy side and up on the top floor and the lift only goes to the first floor, it's got more run down since our last stay, no knob on toilet cistern, no teaspoons, no plug for hand basin and kitchen very rough "
