"As a budget hotel option, the room was spacious, clean and functional and bed was comfortable. Room decor was a little tired perhaps but it met my needs sufficiently for one night. Tea and coffee included in the room. The air con didn't seem to work (fortunately this wasn't an issue) and no plug/USB socket directly next to the bed which would have been helpful. Bathroom a bit dated, also the communal stairwell area needs some refurbishment, but this had minimal impact on my stay. Plenty of...
"Brilliant hotel. Cosy place (which even had the pub dog greeting us which was amazing!).
Only thing preventing this from being 5 stars was the shower facilities. Shower faucet is restrictive which can cause issues if you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. Maybe disposable shower caps could be provided to help this issue.
Other than that though a fantastic place in a peaceful location. Would definitely stay again!"

"The room was really dirty. The bin still had used sanitary pads in it, and the rug was also filthy. We weren’t expecting five-star standards, but basic cleanliness should be a minimum. Very disappointing."
