"Too many smoking rooms and non-smoking in same corridor. It reeks! Booked non-smoking rooms and were in smoking. When tried to change ended up with 3 in one room with a cot. Also did not get guaranteed lowest price. Staff member great in trying to relocate us even in another hotel. Breakfast was good. Corridors too long. Too much walking for seniors or anyone with trouble walking. Only one vending and ice machine in lobby. Others all removed. Needs major overhaul. "
