"The front desk staff in the late evening was fine but not particularly friendly, it was a stark contrast to the front desk staff in the AM who was lovely. The AC/heat worked well in the room but that is where the positives end. The room was so incredibly dirty. The bed linens were all stained - every single one -pillow cases, bed spread, sheets. The same applied to the towels and the shower mat. The safety latch on the door was hanging on by a thread. The neglect of the property was clear...

"The room was clean, the staff was accommodating and the breakfast was good!"

"Longest check in process ever"

"Dry nice, clean property. Seemed newly renovated. Everyone working there was cordial and helpful. Glad to see walk in shower in room. Wish they would upgrade commodes to the taller ones in all the rooms."

"Emplacement près de la 81 Ça fait 8 ans qu’on passe par là on descendant et en remontant et la place est de moins en moins intéressante et très dispendieux pour les chiens Mon chien de 8 lbs m’a coûté 30$ US On cherchera une place où les chiens coûte selon le nombre et le poids"

"It was ok."
