"Whenever I visit Roanoke Rapids, NC my family and I always stay at this particular hotel. This hotel is the best hands down. I love that the restaurants are within walking distance. My stay wonderful. Breakfast was perfect. I just had 1 minor issues. Our room reeked with bleach. My daughter has asthma and the smell of bleach can cause a flare up with her asthma. The bleach smell was tolerable. I never knew housekeeping for hotels used bleach products. Maybe it's something new. Other than that,...

"It was in a good location for what we needed. A few places to eat in the vicinity. Only downside for me was that it was quite noisy, but no one can predict who is going to be staying somewhere on any given night. So it is just one of those things. It would not stop me from staying there again."

"I only had one problem with this hotel. That issue was my room smelled like dogs lived there. If your hotel is going to allow pets (very honorable) and have designated rooms for guests with pets PLEASE remove the carpets from those rooms. Laminate floors would be ideal. They are don’t retain odors or stains like carpet. The staff were very friendly including the housekeeping crew!"
