"The amenities were very basic, no coffee maker, safe, etc. in the room. However, they clean the room, make up the bed and change the towels every day. The location was very central, just across was the Amsterdam Central Station, at the end of the street was Dam Square
It was also a pleasant surprise that breakfast was included. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only really reason I didn't rate it as excellent was the lack of room amenities.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also Dona...
"Jim was very helpful and a friendly face that will assist you. They are in the process of renovating the rooms, painting, and upgrading the floors to laminate flooring and improving the bathrooms as of mid September 2026.
