"We love this hotel. It is kept clean and the people are friendly and always helpful when needed!!"

"Our room was clean and quiet. Easy access off the interstate."

"Very comfortable. Close to Mercy Hospital"

"Could definitely use a few benches around the outside of the building, or at least some chairs around the empty table behind the building. And some spring loaded hinges so you don’t hear every damn door slam up the entire hallway!"

"I was happy that I reserved a room with a balcony but couldn’t have because they overbooked it. Then decided that comping the parking fees was an even trade that wasn’t the case. Also hotel staff wouldn’t give me coffee for the room and suggested I get it from the dispenser in the lobby. Other than that the stay was good."

"J"

"Absolutely filthy building, the place is falling apart in every way, nothing is clean. We couldn't stay there because of the conditions. AND they refused to refund us. Save your money. Don't stay there."

"It was very inappropriate the attention they wanted to charge me something that I should not pay, lack of organization."

"The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had out of the thousands of hotels I’ve stayed in. None of the appliances in our room worked. We lost power in our room at one point, and the staff tried to blame us for charging our phones in the plugs in the lamps. They were not apologetic or friendly. Needless to say that will be our last visit to a comfort Inn and suites especially that one."

"Excellent place to stay"

"Great service great breakfast great place and location"
