"There was no A/C on in the building, other than the individual rooms, and with it being 33 C outside, the hallways/staircases were stuffy and hot. However, the room was clean and the A/C eventually cooled the room down. There is only 1 ice machine, on the first floor by the breakfast room but it does not have water available. You can fill your water bottles in the breakfast room when it is open. It was quiet, comfortable and an excellent location."

"The people in the front desk give me a hard time when I had a question about my reservation just because I booked though a third party they kept asking to contact Expedia which was super not convenient to me."

I love to stay in a clean place, especially when the room is so expensive! AND I want the business to succeed! So, some notes of things that made me feel icky: -weird dripping stain behind the picture at the front desk -glass panel at the front desk -no one AT the front desk for about 5 minutes, I had to call them from an app...- OMG -curtain to go to side of...
