"We drove down from Tennessee to stay at Florida for one night and we got there eight hours later so it was like 830 at night. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Such a smart butt asked her any questions she comes back with a witty remark, even to the point, we asked her where do we park to go to our hotel room she sent us to the wrong part of the parking lot and told us to go up the wrong side of the stairs. "The "resort" is old outdated and dirty. From the oceanside it looks nice. That's where the pictures on the resort page were taken, but the rooms are definitely dated and the amenities are in disrepair."

"When I checked in I mentioned I would not need housekeeping. There was no Do not disturb sign in the room. Staff went into the room only took bathroom trash. When I called the front desk and explained what occurred, they asked about Do not disturb sign and I stated there wasn’t one in the room. This didn’t make me comfortable."
