"I will evaluate this hotel for what it is a low budget hotel. The room is quite small, but for me and my wife that only returned to the hotel at night to sleep, it was good enough. The public bathrooms may be a problem for some people, so have that in mind. The location was excellent imo, 7min walk to Kyoto's central station. The hotel has a music hour that is amazing, they have a person playing an instrument live in one of their other hotels and they broadcast that into a big screen at the...

"It was a great hotel, it was cheap and very clean. The staff were patient and considerate. The fact that there was even an option for single person rooms was awesome. Good option for those of us who don't exactly make a lot. Sometimes, I walk past the building because the buildings are so packed together, it's noticeable enough to identify it though. "Hotel is close to 3 train lines and only 2 changes from Kyoto station. The rooms are small but this is Japan so I did not have a problem with that. It’s very well run and the rooms and facilities were well kept. Only thing would be for the housekeepers once a week to wipe down the desk and the top of the tv because it had a lot of dust on it. "
