"The place was nice however I requested a bottom bunk and was told “full”. The bunk below me always had someone new every night. Little irritated as I am a large male trying to squeeze up a small ladder. "

"We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children staying in the Moderate Large room. There was space for 4 beds that were futon style set up on a platform but no seating area. There was limited space for luggage storage which is typical of a Japanese hotel room. The washroom was spacious, clean and modern. There was a bathtub as well as a shower. The room was quiet and we did not hear much of the hallway traffic nor the outdoor traffic. The staff were always polite and helpful. The fourth...

"The place is excellent comfortable beds, blankets and pillows., very clean.,but they didn’t provide toiletries.. they have kettle in the room but didn’t provide coffee or tea in the room. I still recommend this hotel."
