"Simple, very small rooms. But it has everything you would need, even a tea kettle. It was clean. We just needed a place to sleep and it was exactly that! We had a private bathroom. Only issue was finding the room in the dark but we eventually found it! Then the other issue was that the WiFi password has been on a piece of paper included with the key, for late check in the keys are put in a Dropbox inside a folded paper map of the area property. We didn’t realize that the WiFi info was inside...

"Check in was excellent with staff helping us finalize arrangements for a couple of tours. Room was scrupulously clean. Lots of clear instructions for appliances which were all very useful. We didn’t prepare any meals, apart from breakfast and the kitchen utensils etc were more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment’s are also very close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"The motel was a great place to stop for the night on our road trip through the south island. Very easy to find, quiet and immaculately clean. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area."

"Great cabin/farm style stay. Incredibly cozy, even in the cold and snowy weather we got. Cabin was furnished with everything we needed, kitchen was very nice, shower was great for temperature and pressure, and the spa was an absolute joy to use in the snow! The owners are also a delight - very thoughtful and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough for a high country getaway!"

"Your emails are incorrect & your information way out of date. This hotel has closed down months ago & you have failed to keep us accurately informed. This would have been just awful if we had arrived in the dark in the middle of no where Omarama. The hotel was deserted locked up & obviously unkept when we arrived. Fortunately Distinction Heritage Gateway was able to fit us in & receive us & transfer our Expedia booking."
