"The hotel is situated in a rough area; nonetheless, it feels secure and it is gated. My personal discomfort cones from the excessive noise that cones into the room, I could have stayed here but it was not for female friend. It’s has nice and well maintained courtyard that does give ut a nice touch."

"Rooms where clean, staff was good but the breakfast and restaurant were not good at all. Breakfast was the same thing every day nothing new and restaurant was bad also food was not good taste was as if it was frozen and put in to heat up!"

"Clean and comfortable, work on your Spanish! I would definitely rebook."

"Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...

"It was fun and beautiful!"

"El servicio en general muy bueno. Lo del transporte a lugares cercanos excelente! Recomendado 💯"
