"Friendly staff"

"I found it difficult to locate the hotel; Expedia should include a map"

"What an excellent stay! Stylish apartment, very convenient location - Subte station is nearby. And the owner - Diego what a guy!!! Highly recommened 👍"

"It is well located in Palermo and it is budget priced. The staff were helpful by shifting e to a better quieter room after the first night. There are some maintenance issues but it is a hostel. It has some trendy wall art"

"The hotel is fine. They gave me the wrong key and I walked in on someone else’s room. The toilet ran, the shower didn’t drain, and the towels were thin."

"They gave away our room to someone else because we had a problem traveling and arrived late. We were given instead a very uncomfortable room with no windows. Even though we paid in full. We had to go to another Hostel and pay again. That one worked out ok."
