"Met my expectations, clean, cozy place for an urban stay, minimalistic but comfortable."

"This isn’t a hotel but a hostel. There is no shower or bathroom in the room. I never seen any like that in over 20 years. It’s unacceptable especially since it wasn’t disclosed before arrival! The staff were friendly and the location was good. But also No (real) parking, meaning you had to park public which required resets g the parking clock every 1.5 hours. I made it work for me since I could park at my friends house but the fact that nothing of this is properly disclosed prior is terrible!!"

"We needed a stop over from a long drive home. This was ideal for a bed and shower. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was self checkin which didn't work and we had to walk to the next hotel to gain the access codes to the rooms."

"We didn’t receive any instructions for check in and I contacted Expedia for refund but still waiting for a response. My family and I were waiting and calling the hotels customer service number. They did not pick up the phone. We left and paid extra money for a different hotel. I’m waiting for Expedia to take care of my refund."

"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."

"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. Groceries were discarded prior to my departure (staff gave me complimentary salad-yum!). No electrical outlets/USB by beds. And, yes beds are RIGHT next to each other-bit weird. Pros?
