"Me, my mum and my teenage daughter stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, very spacious and clean for two of us in a twin. There is no elevator, so they changed our room straight away to being on a lower floor for my mum. The front desk has someone there 24 hours which was great as we could come and go whenever and didnt need to worry about coming back late after the theatre. The earlier check in...

"This hotel was truly awful and not at all worth the money we paid. The carpets throughout the hotel are destroyed and heavily stained. There were stains everywhere in the room, on the ironing board, floors and curtains. The room was unbearably hot with one fan which did nothing to cool it down. There was one window which again did nothing to cool the room down. The glasses left in the room were filthy and unusable, the kettle and the WiFi did not work.
