"booked the 1 bdrm apartment, not what i expected, i dont know why they showed a picture of it looking out over the river, i think thats misleading to say the least. besides that, we did get an unrequired 2bdrm, 1 for us and other was for our suit cases??? Washing machine would have been the hi-lighting feature overall."

"The inn certainly couldn't help the fact that York was experiencing record heat at the time we were staying. Unfortunately, the triple room is on the top floor, with no air conditioning (not usually necessary in the U.K.) and not much ventilation - and we were in it. If we had come in spring, autumn, or winter, the story would probably be different. As it was, it was near impossible to sleep in the heat, with very little relief from it. All that said, the hotel was clean and the staff helpful....

"Second time staying here. Nice room with all the facilities you need. Bed a bit small. Getting in the property using the GOKI app they said to download didn’t work. Stuck outside for 15 mins trying to get it to work. All info requested entered but still said not checked in. In the end used the key code. All in all can’t fault it really, location right in the centre of Harrogate. I park in west park car park on tower road next to Travelodge as 24 hour parking for £9.00."

"Everything was clean. All you needed was in the room, maybe a fan during the hot weather Bathroom was clean, good shower & nice toiletries Beds were comfortable too :)"
