"Me, my mum and my teenage daughter stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, very spacious and clean for two of us in a twin. There is no elevator, so they changed our room straight away to being on a lower floor for my mum. The front desk has someone there 24 hours which was great as we could come and go whenever and didnt need to worry about coming back late after the theatre. The earlier check in...

"The bed in room number 29 is dreadful, the springs are broken in the mattress which appears to be very old and thin. The towels supplied were frayed and thin with little drying capacity Will not be returning"

"The building is run down, But is well maintained by the staff. Def need the bar back."

"First time we have stayed here. Lovely, clean room and easy to find as we have eaten a few times in Haystacks which is underneath and has amazing food ❤️ lush bed and slept really well and blackout curtains helped with this 😀Shower was amazing. A hidden gem! We will be back 😍"

"This hotel was truly awful and not at all worth the money we paid. The carpets throughout the hotel are destroyed and heavily stained. There were stains everywhere in the room, on the ironing board, floors and curtains. The room was unbearably hot with one fan which did nothing to cool it down. There was one window which again did nothing to cool the room down. The glasses left in the room were filthy and unusable, the kettle and the WiFi did not work. The bathroom smelt really strongly of the...

"Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge."

"Staff were really friendly on arrival, had already filled up and heated the hot tub. Room was clean and was lovely to stay in, couldn’t ask for more. Will defiantly use again"

"Clean comfortable room. Nice large shower and comfy bed. It's not a hotel but rooms and have to get code to open key safe. Parking just around the corner. "

"A great location at good sheds, the food area was really good with lots of different types of food. Also close to Asda in case you need to buy anything and a 10 minute walk to the sea front which was lovely with nice easy walks either side of the main beach. The customer service when I called was very good and check in was easy even without an actual front desk. Overall the accommodation was clean, there were a few areas that were a bit dusty. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage...

"Hotel blijkt al sinds december 2025 gesloten te zijn"

"I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."

"Potts was closed, no one told me before I arrived "

"Lovely place everything needed it's there 😄"

"Great location, eclectic decor, fully equipped except for a delayed TV control."

"The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...
