"The staff member who checked us in was friendly. The main parts of the room were mostly clean, though the bathroom floors were not done around the toilet and walls. The towels and bed sheets all were clean, and the double beds were comfortable. The kids liked the outside property to play with their teammates and the available BBQ area was great. The free WiFi worked for our children to play Netflix. The motel worked for our team coming to Shelburne for a baseball tournament."
"We booked through Expedia and thought it was a cottage but it was hotel room, but it had a coffee maker & microwave but expected a toaster oven (thats our fault). Used sauna, very nice. We were there for the beach not the room. Owners were beyond friendly. Only thing was no dining nearby."

They stayed in one of the suites that felt like you were in an apartment.
Bedroom was a separate room with a TV. Two doors led to the bathroom. The living area was a separate room s well and had plenty of space. There were a table, chairs, couch, coffee table, two rocking chairs, kitchenette and all of the amenities as if your in your own home!
