"Nos atendió Noebely súper atenta para resolver dudas y ayudar en lo posible. Ubicación perfecta. Hotel 100% recomendable."

"Wear earplugs. It’s super loud from the bar next door. We couldn’t sleep because the music went on until 10am. It started at 7pm. The hotel is nice and aesthetically pleasing but if you want a quiet nights rest I wouldn’t recommend this place The location is very centralized, easy to get to the plaza and restaurants"

"Nothing serious. Stair way needs better lighting."

"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. This is just for recommendations everything else I had an amazing experience,, Fatima great hostess ever ."

"For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...
