"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "Loved our stay. The property rooms apartments are tastefully decorated clean and spacious. Grounds are beautifully kept. There is a nice walk right around the property that we loved. Continental breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Our host Tracy was kind and always happy to help with anything. We will be back! "
