"Plqce was good and room was clean. Night time staff was hard to find. I waited over 30 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to check in. Other guests were waiting as well, not including those already checked in that were experiencing issues in their rooms. I thought it was a bad sign of what was to be expected for customer service. Overall it was good, but started off as being unsure of what to expect."

"Its not a place if you want views but its super close to downtown. Our remote and refrigerator didnt work but other than that it was clean, quite and comfortable. Love the dove products in the rest room. The blackout shades were a nice touch if you like to keep things dark."
