"Good stay"

"Generally okay but just a few things that didn't meet our expectations. No glasses in the room for water. TV channels were very limited, no streaming services, difficult to find a channel guide etc. Also, the room temperature setting didn't seem to match the actual temperature."

"Pleasant Stay; helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms; breakfast was very nice; great downtown location. An outside patio was a nice area to enjoy the nice weather. I would go back to this hotel."

"We found room 205 very noisy through the night, this from highway 401 traffic. That disturbed our sleep. Are they really unaware of this? As IHG members of long standing, a room on the other side of the corridor would been better. We also found the breakfast sparse compared to prior experience. We saw no fresh fruit. It has been sometime since we used a Holiday Inn Express and this may be the new standard."

"Great hotel, felt like an oasis in the middle of. Nature. Went for a weekend trip to the 1000 islands. Complementary Breakfast was decent with various selections and coffee is available all day. Rooms are on the smaller end but they were clean and modern. Love the Lobby and it’s a great hangout space for groups or families."
