"Blind in toilet mouldy .no blind in bathroom. Curtain in 1room had only 2 hooks. Lampshade was half off in 1 room. Non existant lampshade in 2nd room. Stair carpets could do with a clean. I don't think I will be using this hotel again. Parking a nightmare"

"Worst so called hotel ever,wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. "Do not book with this hotel. It has been closed down since 2023 and the company are still taking peoples money. I had to threaten them with the Police to receive a refund. They are part of the OYO group which is situated in India. They have at least 4 hotels in Great Yarmouth that are all closed down and are still taking bookings "

"Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. "
