"The property is beautiful--very historic and full of character. It had just the right amount of modern touches to be comfortable without sacrificing historic charm. I loved eating in the old dining room--very good breakfasts--and being able to walk in the lovely garden. There are also 2 very good restaurants nearby for dinner."

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. Nice touches of flowers, tea bags & biscuits waiting when we arrived, and some very welcoming doggies!! Lots of local walks, although some footpaths could be better maintained - bring wellies if you like to walk, occasionally we had to wade through a stream!
