"An amazing hidden Gem. if you want quirky glamping, this is the place for you. Lizzie and Mike are fantastic hosts, made us feel more than welcome. They went above amd beyond. The railway sleeper had everything we needed, kitted out kitchen, communal wash and showers. If you want a peaceful break and dont mind sharing your outside space with Cockerell and beautiful bantams, I would highly recommend. Local village has everything you need and is a 1.5 mile walk."

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. "

"The lodge was clean, well presented and in a convenient location to the main places of interest. The property was very small (smaller than we realised) and located on a very busy main road with a view of business warehouses opposite. There were alot of traffic queues and it was tricky trying to get in and out of the property in the car. However, once inside the property you could not hear much traffic noise which was good. The property accepted pets, but there was nowhere to exercise them...

"Wanted a few days away to see some of the attractions around the area. For 3 adults this was ideal accommodation. Everything we needed was there. Even an on site indoor pool. We didn’t use it but it was a fair size. Very quiet and lovely views of the countryside. The owner sent us details of check in etc and quickly answered emails. "
