"The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lobby but the issue was the pool not being in service for the 2 days we were there. I specifically picked Mosaic for the pool. We were given access to a pool at Seasons which was alright. So I was disappointed with that situation. Other than the pool, the staff were very friendly and polite, the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is still great."
