"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
"The hotel includes breakfast, which is a bonus! The location is perfect too, right next to Interlaken Ost station and just a few minutes away from Harder Kulm."
"Pros: Mountain views , rooms were spacious
Cons: Uncomfortable beds and pillows, breakfast wasnt so fresh , carpets were dirty and old as i assume property is old and they did't renovate. Beds were so fragile"

Bad reception employees,,and bad services ,,"
"Great location - very close to many restaurants, shopping, interlaken ost station but poor amenities - no elevator so had to drag suitcases to third floor. No breakfast available on site, but available close by. Bathrooms were clean but very small and some rooms have shared bathrooms. Reception staff was available on call. Overall, lacked a positive experience."
"Cute little property and perfect for our one night stay in Interlaken. The cafe is adorable and breakfast was delicious. The staff was super helpful and the location is super walkable to many public transport options. Our main downside was the street noise and church bells that rang hourly through the night."
