"This is a very tough review because I really liked the staff who were professional and hardworking, however the truth is that the hotel is very basic. When I arrived there was construction on the second floor, fortunately it stopped after a few hours. Check in was smooth. Went to my third floor room, and it looked like a college dorm room, very outdated and the bathtub was not clean. They had instant oatmeal and 2 types of cold cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, milk, juices, tea and coffee plus bread and sweet pastry. Only 1 ice machine worked although it needed a trick to get the ice out in volume. I didn't go into the pool or gym (cardio and not strength focused). Room was ok but the stairs were filthy and really showed the hotels age. Quiet location for the most part."

"I will get my complaint out of the way first. I had used hotels.com to book my room and saw that they had connecting rooms, which I want it. I called the hotel afterwards to make sure I would be able to get them and was told they will mark it down and it shouldn't be a problem. When I got there I was informed that I wouldn't have connected rooms as they were already booked. The gentleman was very apologetic and did end up getting me two rooms right next to each other.
