"Comfortable, Family-Friendly Accommodation in a Convenient Location We enjoyed our stay at Tūrangi Leisure Lodge. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and practical, with a spacious, open layout that worked particularly well for our family of three. Our unit featured two twin beds in an upstairs loft and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the main living area. The bathroom was conveniently located off the living room, offering good privacy and a traditional shower stall. The kitchen was...

"All fine"

"A lovely, quiet little place to stay, tucked away in a peaceful spot. Parking is a little tight, but overall, it’s a great, cosy place to stay."

"The room was dated but very clean and quiet"

"Helpful staff and a quiet location"

"Great first time experience staying in a hostel only problem is if you are staying out of town for a sports event be prepared for a team to possibly be staying at the same accom and it is by chance things can be a little noisey and kitchen and lounge may be a bit crowded"

"We stayed here last year and booked again well ahead of time and were given a room on the noisy side and up on the top floor and the lift only goes to the first floor, it's got more run down since our last stay, no knob on toilet cistern, no teaspoons, no plug for hand basin and kitchen very rough "

"The entire booking through Expedia online was a scam. There is NO Lake Haven Suites in Taupo. I demand a full refund. The address given on the confirmation email is that of Cobb & Co. There is a Lake Haven Apartments, but they don't take bookings through Expedia and they had no record of a booking in my name. SCAM"

"Tokaanu public hot pools just a short walk away, plus the Lodge has its own hot pools. Turangi a very short drive away with supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Conveniently placed to visit Tongariro National Park. The manager was very understanding when we cut short our stay due to poor weather and only charged us for the days we were there. The room was clean and well fitted out, if a little dated in style."

"Die wirklich ungepflegteste Unterkunft die ich jemals gesehen habe. Check in okay, das Zimmer ekelig und nicht zum übernachten geeignet. "

"The room didn’t look the greatest but the bathroom was sparkling clean and the fun atmosphere of the place was very nice. Overall I think it was great value."

"Friendly hosgt couldn't have been more accommodating. Clean, tidy room, relatively quiet for a hostel-type place. Would recommend for those seeking a good room at a bargain price."
