"Nice, comfortable room alongside the pub, with direct access to the street. Easy check-in via the friendly bar staff and surprisingly quiet given the rooms are alongside the beer garden. Town centre, rail & bus stations and riverfront are all within walking distance, with regular buses to the castle & cathedral up the (very steep) hill. Would definitely stay again."

He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the...
