"It’s a paid advertisement parking. No Breakfast, no shampoo in rooms, no Owen in rooms. Better I don’t prefer when I compare with other motels."

"The rooms were clean. The staff were nice. I loved the vertical check in and the coffee and hot chocolate bar was delish."

"Although the location (close to Union Station) is great, the first impression of the hotel is terrible. Broken/missing tile steps, filthy carpets by the elevators. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable but the general impression of the hotel is very down-scale."

"The 1st room (203) - had a smell of sewer coming up through the drain in the shower. If you turned on the water in the shower. the room would filled sewer gas smell. Hummm I wish I would’ve taken more pictures, but I didn’t take any pictures of this place Wouldn’t go back unless I had to…"

"Obviously a hotel that's been around for a while, but the whole thing is very well taken care of. The rooms are modernized and clean. The best part was the staff though. "Clean hotel, felt safe and cozy, liked the on premises underground parking garage , comfortable beds, I like the decorations, nice bathrooms with detachable showerhead (I always get bonus points for that lol ), friendly and helpful staff including outside security. I would recommend this place."

"Smaller parking area, but convenient location for uber pickup and drop-off. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Would stay again!"

"They charge you for parking and deposit"
