"One night away with myself and daughter for a beach trip. We did not liaise with any staff so could not really rate that appropriately. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean, great location, easy parking and seamless check-in. The business spans over two large properties. We were opposite the holiday park. "Basic but good. Clean. However TV only worked intermittently Ok otherwise"

"Curtains in rooms mouldy. Bare basics in kitchen."

We had booked 2 bedrooms but were rung the day before asking what beds should be made up. We said one bedroom. The result was the 2nd bedroom was locked. We usually put the bags in there ... and we had paid for it. The absolutely worst...
