"The fire alarm went off at 03.55 am. There was no fire....."

"It was nice and warm in the room witch I was glad about because the weather was shocking nice clean room and parking was good I would stay again"

"Very basic hostel like accommodation , considering the price. Check in instructions not clear. I was asked to pay extra for towels when these were supposed to be included. Very dimly lit room , no tv , and smelt like sewage. Needs a refurb. Cleaner was blasting music outside our room at 10am. Check out was not until 11am. Would not stay again. Not a hotel - more of a hostel"

"Was close to everything we needed but the room its self not 100%"

"Handy location, friendly staff and comfortable"

"Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!"

"Perfect stay! Great for groups and location is perfect"

"huge noise in the night near 2:00 about 5-10min, sacred me a lot and hate me from bed."

"Habitación sin ventana. Falta un poco de limpieza. Colchón cómodo. Hay secador en la habitación. Céntrico y con bares al lado."

"Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious."

"Great location, room wasn’t the cleanest, couldn’t work the heating"

"It is a very basic room, very close to Anfield if you want to watch a football game. It is a place to sleep, nothing more nothing less, which is fine with me. The guy downstairs was very helpful and friendly but the telephone number provided to reach him was never on which was quite annoying when I needed a iron or fresh towels. I had to come down the stairs and walk around the corner to the where the reception is. That was my only issue. Other than that all good."

"Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey...

"I stayed here to attend an evening match at Anfield. Parking was one of the main reasons for choosing this venue and within walking distance of the stadium. The chap doing the parking was excellent, really helpful and friendly. The pub is also a great asset and those present were really friendly"

"The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills. Guests should be aware there is a lot of noise late into the night from the clubs and bars outside, but thats a reality of the location. But really the only think I had a real issue with was the terrible smell and...
