"The door in the bathroom was damaged and the room had mold"

"Great"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was that they're under staffed or not trained very well. The front desk was very kind but I tried to call from my room 2 seperated evenings but no one answered so we had to load up little kids and go all the way downstairs and ask very simple questions."

"Clean room and coffee was always restocked"

"It’s ok if your expectations are low. Rooms look like a land lord special. Not very clean, smells like old smoke, sheets dingy and discolored."

"When I first walked in to the hotel, I became worried that I made a mistake. It smelled VERY strongly of perfume on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor and didn't smell, thankfully. The room was clean and our bedding was clean. Only real complaint is the bed and pillows. Both my husband and I sunk into the bed and it made sleeping difficult. But overall, I am not disappointed with the stay."

There is a bar, game room, fitness room 9 ft pool and a beautiful water fall. The room was very clean and the a/c worked...

"Beds were comfortable, but there were not enough blankets. Very nice coffee shop next door that opens early. Perfect "home base" spot for the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive."

"The room was spacious and very clean, the front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly & the food was delicious!! Definitely recommend!!"

"Lovely property; well kept. Very quiet! Breakfasts could have had more option, but it was still very acceptable. (Not a lot of option for people that must be dairy free.)"

"The first week I was in a room where the toilet didn’t flush nor did the shower drain properly I was told…. Because after showering I flooded 2 floors beneath me…. Then moved to a room where the a/c didn’t work!!! Then asked again to move because they needed to spray for bugs (not an issue until next day) they came to my door and told us to leave that we weren’t allowed to continue to stay because I (disabled individual) had an accident in bed that day and hadn’t had a chance to do laundry yet,...
