"The property was clean and good place to relax The only bad thing was parking you pay $20 each car Or if you have another person they charge $40 And no one can visit you .or they kick you out. That's very bad"

"Went during construction so it was pretty drab. Rooms were clean though and quiet."

"The property was closer than I expected to The Dolby Theater where our concert was held. This place would be great for so many different Hollywood spots. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Good place to stay near Union Station. A couple of restaurants within walking distance that are open until 8pm. The place is a four story complex. The picture on the listing is very deceiving- it’s not a 8-story building and the directions Google Map give you send you to the parking lot in the back which is fenced. The place is a bit old and in need of some attention. The room was pretty quiet and comfortable to sleep in despite being next to a busy road. Lavatory was missing one more ceiling...

"Upon checking in, we were charged two separate $100 deposits, totaling $200. The receptionist explained that their system was not showing the initial deposit, which resulted in us being charged a second time. Although the duplicate $100 deposit was eventually refunded, the situation caused considerable inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and a significant loss of time while we waited for the funds to become available again. This was particularly frustrating because we were depending on that...

"The rooms were clean and the location is convention to the 405, the mall and many restaurants. There was plenty of parking. However, the beds and air conditioning units are dated. The beds are older, spring mattresses where they appear more comfortable in the listing. The air conditioning units are also dated. My keys were demagnetized frequently, so I had to make the trek to the office to get them reprogrammed. An annoyance, but not the end of the world."

"I really enjoyed my stay and it was everything that we needed and comfortable. I will stay there again if ever back in the area!"

"Clean hotel, felt safe and cozy, liked the on premises underground parking garage , comfortable beds, I like the decorations, nice bathrooms with detachable showerhead (I always get bonus points for that lol ), friendly and helpful staff including outside security. I would recommend this place."

"Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff."

"Overall everything was good"
