"Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC worked very well and we did not hear much noise at all even though our room was next to the elevator. The omelete bar was amazing. The chef did an excellent job. All of the staff that I encountered at the front desk were more than willing to help with my questions. Everyone was so pleasant. Love that the hotel was on the beach. Would definitely stay there again! "

"This hotel has really poor ventilation system in the bathroom. There was not an actual fan only a small vent that could not remove the humidity after showering. This became an issue as the room was extremely humid and uncomfortable. The room had a balcony and so we decided to open the door to create a draft but there were people smoking and vaping on the other balconies and we had to close the door. The ice machine was out of order the entire week of our stay there."

"The pictures in the photos can be deceiving. The hotel is not on the beach. However it is in walking distances less than 5 minute walk and restaurants are in a reasonable driving distance. Awesome pool for kids. "

"The staff are always very nice the pool is well kept. The rooms are decent for the price, could use some upgrades but everything was clean. Quiet location convenient to restaurants and attractions and a short drive to the beach. Not the first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last. "

"2 days before our check-in date, I had an issue with fraudulent charges to my debit card (which had nothing to do with the hotel.) The staff was so helpful and accommodating with helping us get checked in and being patient with us, finding a way to be able to get our payment processed and enjoy our trip to the beach without any outlying worries. They were the best! It was a perfect experience and we will be back for sure."
