"I had a nice peaceful stay it’s a very quiet hotel no people hanging out outside or anything one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in to be honest. Very clean I was surprised how clean it was . The only thing I didn’t really like was I had my Medical Alert Service Dog with me and he kept asking me for an ID for him which isn’t a thing those are fake and ordered online real service dogs legally don’t need paperwork. I just wish they would read the ADA Laws because that was stressful."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the Sullivan Inn. I was traveling from Oklahoma to Michigan and needed an inexpensive place for the night. Based on other reviews I booked the Sullivan Inn. I had a very nice King room that appeared to be recently renovated inside. The outside of the buildings are older, but I didn't need amenities beyond a clean, quiet room for the night. "The check-in personnel girl was outstanding. (I'm embarrassed that I don't recall her name.) Mutual friends welcomed us in the lobby. Pre-check-in assigned a room that was not the best condition. However our check-in girl proved to be a real friend and recommended a second floor room that was likely safer and cleaner. What a sweetheart. We really appreciate this form of kindness in situations like ours. "

"Took one look at the room and left. Absolutely awful. Description and pictures do not come close to the reality of the place. The cabins were falling apart, the quality of the bedding was awful, there was no space in the room, the air conditioning unit wasn’t effective but was really loud. Couldn’t get out quick enough. It was the complete opposite to how it was described. "
