"Cet établissement accueille des grands groupes d'enfants et d'adolescents qui font du bruit toute la soirée, la nuit jusqu'à minuit malgré les interdictions inscrites dans le règlement de l'hôtel. Il faudrait préciser que cet établissement n'est pas recommandé ni adapté aux voyageurs solos ou en couple/petits groupes. Je n'ai pas pu dormir beaucoup pendant 3 nuits ni me reposer, beaucoup de travaux extérieurs aussi bruyants dès le matin 6 heures, les fenêtres donnant sur les balcons ne sont pas...

"Absolutely terrible. Room was dirty, towels had holes in. We complained to reception and were told they couldnt help us. The pillows were wafer thin and when we asked for more we were told it wasnt possible. The staff were rude and all in all it was absolutely terrible. If youre looking for somewhere to stay in warsaw i wouldnt recommend this place. "

"The place was great. New, clean spacious. But be were that the check in was horrific - multiple buzzers, receptions desks, etc. promised access code were never actually received via email. We were lucky to get a hold of the manager via phone late 10pm who was very helpful and finally helped us get into the unit."

"Property is in the middle of old town and easily accessible. Checking in was horrific as phone numbers provided did not answer and emails were late in return. The bathroom had NO SHOWER DOOR, and no extra towels were provided to sop up water. Needless to say water went everywhere when using the rain shower. The same towels had to be used for a week. The bathroom wall tiles were full of dust, and only two small rolls of toilet paper were provided, we had to go out and buy more ourselves. There...
