"The beds are dated, spring mattresses were very soft. The room was clean and recently renovated I'm guessing. Not much restaurants in the neighborhood. I would stay there again as the rooms are affordable."

"The customer service was outstanding! I love the quaint and cozy feel of this down to earth motel. The beautiful live plants in the foyer added a wonderful welcoming feel to the place. I would certainly stay here again for all my future trips to Winnipeg! Keep up the great service! "

" It’s probably not the property’s fault but the hotel was full of natives from the fires in the north. I don’t put the blame on anyone but they were there for quite an extended period of time and in the evenings they got very restless. The police were there several times during our stay. It was not a pleasant experience."

"Check in process was very slow with only one worker and she was tied up on a call. The Property is in the process of renovations. I was in room 307. The 3rd floor has been renovated and looks great. Rm 307 had some patchwork on the wall near the ceiling and still needs to be painted. A large mirror was off the wall, leaning agaist the closet doors. The door to the hallway was very squeaky. Overall, once everything is place, it was a nice stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. "
