"Always friendly staff and clean and quiet "

"I booked a king-size room with a Jacuzzi for my birthday, only to discover that the Jacuzzi wasn't working. The front desk attendant was very supportive and tried multiple times to diagnose the problem but couldn't resolve it. Initially, I was very disappointed. However, Katelyn, the manager, called me and resolved the issue by reimbursing me the difference in price. I give this hotel a 5-star review for their excellent customer service."

"This property is very run down. Wall paper is peeling off the wall. The springs in the bed actual squeak. The drapes are frayed. The furniture is damaged. Lampshades are damaged. There are stains on the wallpaper. I could go."

"This was a fantastic place for an overnight stay. Centrally-located for the wedding we were attending in town. Incredibly clean and all staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Really good vibes. Don't let the older facade put you off. Very newly renovated inside. Found the AC a little tough to get right but not a big deal. I'm an early riser (6 am) so would have appreciated earlier access (or in room access) to getting my tea but, again, not a huge deal."
