"The parking situation is insane. $50 for valet parking or else you had to walk 4 blocks to self park for $25. Better instructions should be given in advance as to where to go. There was no ice bucket, no freezer, no microwave, bottom of the toilet seat was dirty, crud around the shower door. Breakfast was nowhere near what was described. The view from the room was a brick wall. Very expensive for what was offered. "

"Hotel was good, the elevator is definitely a little sketchy as if it hasn’t been looked at for awhile. Room was clean and breakfast was great. No pool or hot tub. For the price great hotel. "

"My room was clean. Staff responsive. Breakfast and sundry amenities were better than the marketing shows. The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. But there is more photo glitz than reality. The lake view is interrupted by a shoddy paved area, and the lake itself is unattractive. "Front desk staff & manger were very friendly & super helpful. My room was very clean. The cold water had very low pressure but other than that it was a great stay."

"No breakfast which was fine and they only accept cards from a real bank…but other than that, the hotel was awesome. I loved the little game area. They had set up in the lobby and you can get a free drink from the bar, which is nice. The rooms were very unique. We had a guitar in our room which was awesome."

"You get what you pay for. This is a “ghetto” hotel. I already saw warning signs of a terrible stay as soon as I pulled up. Changed my room twice because of uncleanliness, stained linens & fabrics, the list goes on. There was no way I was going to enjoy my stay there. Walked out & ate the cost. Big lesson learned! "
