"Worst place to pay for. No working fan, can’t open windows and no air in the room. Very terrible dirty smell in the room and bathroom. Paid for 2 days and immediately came into room, was traumatized. They refused to do anything or even issue me a refund. I had to book another better hotel immediately and left there. "The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia. "Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again."
